We know that this domain belonged to someone else last year and we cannot remember who it was, so we certainly do not know why it was suddenly found to be available. So today Plymouth Internet Services has acquired the ChenangoNY.Net domain name and put up a slick new Drupal website in order to help promote our community and, at the same time, our own business. It is our hope that local Chenango County businesses take notice, and realize that they don't need to mortgage their properties in order to afford an attractive and functional website.

It looks somewhat like the old Joomla site, which was originally activated June 30th, 2009, however Plymouth Internet Services has recently decided to use the Drupal content management system for all of its non-eCommerce sites. Not that we do not prefer Drupal even for eCommerce, however Joomla has some advantages for end-users, and it is our experience that Joomla is somewhat easier to learn for those small store-owners who do it all on their own. Please enjoy our new website, and hopefully it will grow worthy of our community!

NORWICH – The Meet the Candidates Night originally scheduled for May 13 has been rescheduled due to a conflict with another event. The forum, sponsored by the Norwich Parent, Teacher and Student Association, will now take place at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12 in the Stanford Gibson Elementary School Auditorium.
